whats up guys,I am in the process of buying a bike.The choices are between a 2006 636 or a 2007 zx6r, i need to know whats the difference between both. Some say the 636 is a better bike.Have any of you guys experienced both bikes and what is your take on it, by the way im from ny been ridding since 94,have owned 94 cbr600,95 kawasaki zx9,2001 kawasaki zx7 and currently an 02honda rc51.

 

nice bike line up youve had. welcome to the forums. i can only speak for the 06 636 and i love it. only ridden a new 07 zx6r a few miles and had no where to open it up. looks wise i like the 06 more but the new zx6r was peppy for being less than the 636. i wouldnt get rid of my 06 for the newer model but at the same time id take a 07-08.

 

sorry, i haven't ridden either of the ones that you asking about, but I currently own a 2001 zx7. so, you should just get one of those again! j/k. i'm sure someone on here will be able to answer your question very soon. welcome to the forums
