Need engine for 1992 Zx-11
 

I have been trying to find an engine for my 1992 Zx-11. It had a bad #3 connecting rod and we want to rebuild my baby. I have had it torn apart for over a year now and am losing hope. Other than a bad left fork seal everything else is in perfect condition. I am considering parting it out if I can't find an engine soon. Please let me know if there is anyone out there with parts. Thanks!!! T

may want to watch the accumulation of surface rust on the journal surfaces...

uncovered stuff that sat for a while w/o a nice wd40 spray and plastic wrap tends to get funky after even a month..

were you looking in the aftermarket section or the oem section? cus i know from personal experiene the oem stuff is a little (a lot) on the pricey side.
for instance a 94 kx125 header, kawasaki oem=$259 fmf fatty=$197

This was on the oem side for one rod.
