Nice ride you have and welcome to KF

Did you store the ride with dry carbs? or was it winterized? Depending on that and if you have secured the rack correctly (no air leaks), you could check your carb synch if you know that your floats are not stuck and that the dry carbs have no gunk that may have broke loose after start up with the fresh fuel to cause an issue. Let us know

Default carbs

The carbs were dry i had the bike apart for paint. There might have been some sediment in the tank tho but I'm going to make an appointment this week to sync the carbs besides I'm going to have my chain and sprockets changed too. im just hoping that's it, I'm ready to ride. Ill let you know how it turns out thanks for your input.

Welcome to the forums, post up a picture of the bike when you get it going, looking forward to seeing it.
