hey there,own a kawasaki and need help cos it overheats alot.

ok a few things to check.

-when it gets hot does the fan turn on - if not then it could be the fan, a relay, or the fan temp switch.

-the thermostat could be stuck closed

-are you getting bubbles in the overflow tank - if so then you have an air pocket probably caused by a head gasket leak. (the kind that only leaks combustion gasses under pressure into the coolant)
