Default Hi All

I joined this site because I am looking at buying a KLR 650.I own 3 street bikes 2 touring and 1 Deluxe,Ive done some looking and the KLR fits the bill for what Iam looking to do off road,I own a couple atvs and I am also building a 33 Ford Vicky(last 9 yrs)..

Good luck also on that vicky. Did not realize they made those in 33. I have a 55 Fairlane that is one of my "next projects". lol

Ive only seen two all steel 33's......I could buy 3-4 nice bikes with what I have into it with money and labor hahahaha....

Have you looked into the KLX 250 as an awesome light trail and street worthy bike? I heard it's a great bike. hehehehe Welcome to the forums man. Oh and sweet ride you got there.

Ya I looked at the 250 but not really my style,I like the KLR with the fairing,6.1 gal tank and being Iam older and wiser well older hahaha ,Iam not going to be jumpin doubles or anything like that,figured the 650 would give me more on the highway and better power for the back roads and trails...Iam 5'11" and 226 so little bigger is better to me....
I can walk out the door with the KLR at 5250 plus my state tax and Lic...and for the little price dif the 650 would be all around better deal in my book.
