welcome to the site. And we all would like to see those pic's when you get your bike back. How's the riding there in Texas?
Actually, I don't have a lot of riding experience withdiversetypesofterrain. I live in what's considered East Texas. We don't have a lot of twisting roads, or hills and it's not like the long, open,flat roads of West Texas either. I do love it though b/c you do have long stretches of unoccupied road (sans DPS) where you can really open your bike up and some rural roads with some of the most beautiful scenery.

I guess the biggest thing for me is the camaraderie of my ownclub membersand thatof the nearby clubs. The sport bike scene is really taking off here right now and travelingto different cities as agroupto "kick" it with these otherclubs is really a blast!The love of bikingat these mini-rallies is unbelievable. I know a lot of you guys have been doing this for years but it's a fairly new thing for a lot of us.

that's cool the bikeclubs is starting to pick up there. I'm still trying to find the bike hangouts here in my parts to find some riders to ride with.
