Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I'm I guess you could say building a custom 2005 610 mule I bought very used about a month ago. All new plastic, racing seats, 4 point harness, built engine, 14 inch bead locks, 27 inch ITP tires. It's about half way done. Can't wait to go for a ride. Been a lot of work. Hope it pays off. So far so good, I have probably 100 hours of labor so far. I'll post some pics later. I'm a retired tech and fabricator. So this gave me something to do. It's pretty cool bike and I'm just trying to improve it a little.

I've done some engine mods, ported head, 33mm pumper, advanced timing, milled head. Should be 10.8 compression ratio. Shimmed valve Springs. My guess is about 22 hp @ 7000 rpms. More on that after its runing.
