Default gel seats

are the gels seats much better that the stock seat on my 2007 1600 nomad

Out, welcome to the forums. When you say "better" what exactly do you mean? More butt-friendly? Do you get sores? No offense, (really; you're probably not as old as me), but isn't the problem with cruiser-style bikes more of a lower back problem instead of a skin breakdown or gluteus muscle fatigue issue? Seriously, don't get TOO comfy.

Yea I don't know about any gel seats, the KLX that I ride has a seat that is just a hair softer than a 2X4 welcome to the forums.

Gel seats are great! They will always be more comfortable than a stock seat. Oh, welcome to KF dude!
