Any other ZR750 owners?
 

"Newbie" to the forum, but longtime Kawi rider. If I've done it right, there should be a pic of my current ride, a pristine 1991 ZR750 imbedded in this post ("preview" doesn't show it). I purchased my ZR June 30th, '95, with only 1900 miles, it now has 27K. Even though I live in the Northwest near Seattle, where we do see rain on occasion, this ZR has only been caught 3 (maybe 4?) times in the wet. Otherwise, it's always been garaged with its "blankie" over it. The fairing is a Lockhart-Phillips specific to the ZR750 that (I believe) is no longer available. It's been a great ride, but not being used too much lately, due to other "toys". I was tempted to move up to a new ZRX1200R, but I've decided to keep my classic. In fact, I'm currently replacing a leaky base gasket and while it's apart, the ol' ZR is getting a Wiseco 810 kit ... but it will remain all stock appearing! ;) Should be fun.
