Aloha from Hawaii! Biker for 12 years, but recent disability (from deployments) limits me to sportbikes. Started off with a 250 Ninja and now, a proud owner of a brand new Red '07 650R. Riding is riding no matter what the machine, thank God I can still ride!

Thank you all for the warm welcome! My disability... three torn lower-back discs. I can't ride cruisers anymore due to sitting position, but the 650's riding position is perfect for litterally no-back-pain riding. Plus the warm weather here is perfect (cold makes it hurt more) with year round riding . I'm glad I found this forum, lots of great info and friendly people! Take care all and happy riding!
