93 zx600e new battery wont start please help
 

started fine till my last ride just wouldnt start after gassing up new battery hear it clicking but not crank any ideas? I am thinking it the starter but not sure. Also minor issue it chokes and doesnt really want to accelerate after I hit about 9 grand in rpms thinking its a vacum issue but not sure how to verify this or find where the vacum issue is any ideas?? thanks all oh and this is my first kawi usually run hondas won this one in a card game like it so far would just like to get this all cleared up so thanks for the help.

Welcome to the forums. You won it in a card game? NICE!!! Are you sure the battery is charged up? Is the battery new as in you poured in the electolites? I bet a full charge would fix it. If not then you have some contacts in the starter that are bad, or the solenoid is sticking. Also try leaving the bike in gear and rocking the bike back and forth to see if you can get the starter ring to move a little then give it a shot.
