So on the end of the clutch cable where it connects on that lever that goes into the motor how much should that lever rotate and should it have any tension.. Clutch cable is broke but can't seem to engage the clutch manually by hand by turning lever either.. Is something more serious wrong than the cable. Any help appreciated. Thankks
