Welcome to KF

You mentioned that you have the essentials of combustion, however I have found that anything that has sat for any length of time needs a carb tear down and cleaning, electrical connections that need cleaned and checked.

Enjoy your first ride.

At the very least drain the carbs and tank and use fresh fuel. If that doesn't work the carbs could be jellied up and need to really good clean.

The bike has fresh gas in it. Im going to check the point clearance today and make aure that is good. It sounda like it wants to fire it fired once for a quick second.

Read your plugs while you are digging for answers. How are they?

They were black i cleaned them up. I think it is because i teied to start ot so many times without ot starting but not to sure.

Black means running rich. I would have expected them to be wet with fuel.

They weren't wet. I pulled carbs off today they looked clean the only thing i seen was a diaphragm had a couple rips in wich is bad i know that. Still cant get it ro start. Any idea where i can get diaphragms.

You'll need to talk to a bike shop for that. In person or online, but they'll need all the available information like bike model and year, and possibly the exact carb model if they varied during the run. Tears in the diaphragms are really bad and will prevent you from getting anything like proper tuning.
