05 636 now constant sputter

i making a new thread, seems the old post is dead. My bike went from the idle sputter to running awesome, now is at a constant sputter im using this youtube video as a refrence as to how my bike sounds, in this video clip my bike sounds identical to the one in the video, my bike does this in all gears at any given speed, definately a loss of power. Please copy and paste and check the video out. Let me know what you all think, i have NO mods done to my bike. Again the bike in the video is NOT mine, just has a similar sound.

I went to the dealer today and showed him a video from my camcorder of my bike in sputtering action, said it sounded like a foiled plug and their going to install new plugs free of charge. Well see how that goes.

don't give in bro. they aint called stealerships for nothing

Ninja, you neeeeeeed to learn how to do the simple stuff yourself; like changing plugs, oil, etc., so you don't get ripped off by unscrupulous dealers and the subculture of jerks who take advantage of others. It will also save you hauling your bike (and butt) to the dealer. Put that money into tools; good tools you will use the rest of your life. Screwdrivers, sockets (short/deep), box/open end wrenches, feeler gauges, pliers (needlenose/regular), and hex keys. The rest is just patience and persistence. I'm glad to help (anybody on here) if I can.

Hmmmmm....so they are going to address the symptoms rather than the cause? Sounds like its running rich, unless you rode with the choke on it might have another issue. ;)

yeah, I am abit concerned on this as well. Change the plugs yes, but was the fouling due to a bad stick coil? or a bad connection? that kind of thing. IR plugs are spendy items and should not be having an issue all by themselves. Let us know on the results.
