    Does anyone know what kind of tour pack can I install on a 1999 Kawasaki Nomad with luggage rack.

    I have 1999 Kaw 1500 Nomad had been setting for a while, changed the plugs, oil, oil filter coolant, and flushed the fuel system, I can only have it idle with the choke out about 3/8 of an inch. I have not changed the fuel filter yet, could that be the problem, with the choke out a small amount it warms up and i can idle good, but still hesitant on taking off.
