Clutch
 

My son's 2005 KX65 clutch checked out. I replaced and did the following:
Filed grooves from basket ears.
Replaced 5 fiber disks and 4 steels
Replaced the springs
Replaced the complete hub
Replaced the actuator
Replaced push pin with one shim
Replaced the cable
Thrush washers are in correct position, per manual.
Fibers were pre-oiled and using Honda Red oil 10/40
Cable adjusted with 2-3 mm of free play

Clutch is still not working.

Any ideas?
