interchangeability: 1986 KX 250?

My 86 KX 250 is missing (or could use newer) lotsa little stuff, anyone know about interchangeability?

airbox
chain guard
inner rear fender
foot pegs

The only thing I can say is check out the micro-fiches and compare the numbers.

OK, here's an example: The chain guard from an 87 does NOT fit. Mostly. Two of the three mounting holes lined up, but the third is off, and I had to add a washer to keep the nylon liner off the sprocket, and the bottom chain guard is too high. So its on there now, but I'll keep looking for a proper one.Thanks,
