Cant find a used SPARE stator for my 1998 kx 250.on ebay.so i looked at and bought a 1999 stator,it looks exactly the same and those motors have the same stroke ,so it should work right? even if i have to change the plug end or wire harness?

 

by the part number 97,98,99 are all different

 

i know that ,i was wondering if the 1999 stator and flywheel would work on the 1998,thats what i am asking
