Default need help on inch torque power for my 1989 kx 125 clutch

I just bought a 1989 KX 125 and the clutch was broken, so i fixed it but the peice that goes over the 5 springs in the clutch, that releases the clutch, needs put on, but the guy I took it to said I had to figure out how much inch torque power it needed so he could put it on and i dont want to pay 15-20 bucks for a new book, because i didnt get one with the bike
