Bike wont start after falling over - Please Help!

So I came home from school today and went to check on my KX125 2009 model and noticed that the wind had blew the bike over. I have only just got this bike on saturday and there was a few problems with it, the carb was flooded and the spark plug was covered in oil. The spark plug does this regularly and i dont know what the problem is there but after a good clean it normally starts but after the fall it no longer starts and doesnt really have a lot of compression as it did before. Help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

Start with the basics. Kill switch stuck on off position? Is it getting spark? Pull plug and check for a good, strong spark. Is it getting fuel? Float stuck?

My guess would be a fuel line came loose. Happened to me once. Look around the carb for any loose lines. Also check the fuel on/off switch.
