I bought an 01 kx125 a few months ago, it was missing the cylinder when I bought it, but had a fine bottom end just need a top end and cylinder. Obviously I can’t find a new cylinder, but every forum post I see is from atleast a couple years ago, so I’m hoping people have experimented a bit more. I was wondering if I could maybe put an 03 cylinder and power valve on this motor and it would work, or if that’s not possible could a complete 03 motor fit in the chassis, even if I had to change the swing arm I just want to know if this bike has any hope
