So I just bought a 2008 KX100. The guy claimed he used to race it which he has some pretty high dollar stuff on it.

So far I’ve checked fire and it was firing. It’s getting fuel. When I hold it wide open it hits and smokes but won’t start. It has fresh VP race fuel in it. I did a compression test and got 120PSI. The air box is clean. I checked the carb and looked at the jets and it’s all perfect. I pulled the reeds out, he had aftermarket reeds and they all looked fine except one is a little weak but no crazy gaps. I’ve also pulled it down the road to bump start and it won’t even hit.

Any help is appreciated, not sure what I’m missing
