Hi fellas!

Haven't been on a scooter since 1986 and that was a Honda XL600R I was having a post Mid-life crisis the other day and happened to stroll into my local Kawasaki dealer. Well, one look at the KLX300R and that was that! Pulled out the plastic and bought it right then and there. What really makes me proud is the fact I didn't even tell the wife (of 11 years) about it How's that for still having a pair!

Well, me and my new green machine are sleeping in the motor home for now. Don't care................I have a cool new green motorcycle that is bad *** for me. Anyway, I'm going to experiment with un-corking this California stuff tomorrow. I'll let you know what I do.

Is there any sugestions for upgrades out there?

I have a KLX250S, pretty much the same bike. If you check out the KLX250S section all of us over there would be more than happy the help you with your bike. I have rejetted the carb, full exhaust, and many more... just ask and you shall recieve. It all depends on how deep your pockets are...

Now are you sleeping in the rv because your wife is mad because you bought the bike? If so, that is really funny, but not for you...lol...

Listen bro, as stated, I have a California slug bike right now. What do I need to open this thing up? Specifically, what jet kit should I get?

Oh, in my last post I stated I had a "POST-Mid life crisis", make that a a PRE-Mid life crisis. I'm only 39, damn.

i believe that alot of they guys used this kit...

i dont know if your exhaust has the removable baffle in it or not, if it does, taking that out helps, or just getting a complete exhaust. A uni air filter or k&n would help.
