Got a KLX300 over the weekend.

Rich on start up; Spark plug is black, starts poorly; starts better with wide open throttle.
Was dripping fuel from vent lines sitting in garage; float bowl level is likely off.
Mikuni 36mm pumper carb.
Uni filter, snorkle removed, stock pipe with a power tip
Current jets are a 132.5 main and a 12.5 pilot.
Riding is typically 600 feet to 1800 feet elevation.

Looking for jetting suggestions and needle clip position recommendation.
Also, what is proper float bowl level and process for measuring/adjusting?
