2025 KLX300R help please!!!
 

Hey all, I am a complete noob so please forgive me. I am looking to perform upgrades on my 2025 KLX300R.

I am looking to add more power, make it ride better etc. I just finished the 69 minutes of manual described “break-in” and am ready to change the fork and engine oil.

I have some down time so I would like to take care of everything now so I can just ride the rest of the season.

I am 6,1” and 215 pounds if that helps for suspension/handle bar suggestions.

I have all the same issue. 2025 KLX 300R. Most places show an option of 2023 or earlier. Hope this is the right forum.

I hope it’s the right forum too. I don’t know if it’s even monitored. Your the first reply and it’s been up for awhile.

I will say the suspension and all are mostly the same as the KLX250 and there is a heck of a lot of information in the KLX250S sub-forum. Look there and use the search.

There are a couple riders doing work with a member, @klxster , here on the forum. Contact him and the others with what they're doing on the EFI 250 and 300 bikes. Pretty sure a lot of what works on the 250 works on the 300, but they could tell you more.

The 250 and 300 forums should really be combined, the bikes are that similar. Lots of interchangeability on accessories as well.. The new 300R does have some stuff that doesn't mix, Kaw changed them up even in comparison to the 300S or SM.
