FI light on after shut down
No worries about water. Normal operations are not a problem. Any "accident" that puts water over the side of the open airbox would certainly not be stopped by the snorkel either. Notice the sidepanels, seat, and the rear fender seal protect the top of the airbox from water..
Kawasaki, as all manufacturers, strive to eliminate induction noise. In stock form (18 - 20 hp) the snorkel supplies enough flow - it does not if you spend the money to get 24-25 hp..

it rides great. Noticed a difference. Decel pop has diminished. I also installed the O2 sensor bypass.
My concern is in regards to the FI light turning on after I stop and kill it.
If I flip the killswtich back up it wont start up again because the red FI light has turned on. If I turn the ignition off and then on again with The FI light goes off and I can start the bike up again no problem.
Does anyone know why this might be happening? Should I tune the EJK settings differently?
should I plug the O2 sensor back into the bikes computer system? Thanks guys.

All I have done so far is lift the tank, remove the plug from the fuel injector, install the EJK, and connect the plug that was on the bike to the compatible plug on the tuner. And I removed the airbox lid completely.
I could get pictures to show. The only reason i did that was because that was what instructions said. The tuner never showed an error either....stumped.
Was I supposed to plug the harness into the pair Valve?
The instructions on their site page suggested plugging off the pair Valve but I couldn’t identify it

Did you get your issue figured out? I just ordered an EJK and it would be interesting to know what you found. That way I could avoid it!
