Any KLX300 header will work with any KLX300 muffler on any '06 or newer KLX250.

Thanks mi compares. Pipe is on the way and trying to workout the oe muffler.
Is the discharge hole in OEM endcap for the 300 muffler the size of the 250's or easily bigger?

the 300 exhaust outlet is bigger than the 250.

both pipes are restrictive though compared to a aftermarket exhaust.
