Not sure if the KLX300 has the same size for slipons or not..lol

You will need a 300 header. The 250 and 300 headers have different outlet sizes.

Found one on Ebay for the 06-12 KLX250s/SF for $318. So getting that instead..Saves me $60 too!

Be warned this system is very loud.

The P3 insert helps take some of the bark away without removing any bite
