That’s the water/coolant temp. The bike will shut off if it gets to high for safety. These bikes are over cooled, and normally run on the cooler side. Check your coolant level, make sure the pump is moving the coolant. If that checks out ok, then check your jetting/mixture, as it may be on the lean side. The bikes are on the lean side from the factory for emissions.
