Has anyone bought a front sprocket in the recent past. I've tried quite a few places for the 13t and no one has the Kimpex, ron ayers told me both the sunstar #34113 and 34213 are discontinued... Any idea's?

 

The front spocket on the KLX is kind of unique. It has rubber collars on the sides to keep chain noise down and a shoulder on the case side. The 13 tooth CS front sprocket for a Honda XR650L will work and you can keep the same chain.

 

Does that one have the shoulder built in? Does it matter which year xr650L?

 

Just buy the sprocket for one of the last several XR650L model years - it will work beautifully.
