where can I order the front sprocket?
Not to jump off subject, but how much power does this bike have for acessories. Have you broken down the pwoer consumption? I'm never sure how much the ignition uses. Does it have a peak rating for the amps it draws at redline (highest consumption). I'd love ot some day add a power outlet to charge a vest and gloves or even a cell phone or GPS. If they ever make a aftermarket seat I'd still like to consider doing some adventure touring on this bike. You can hit some really knarly tight trails that the KLR or a BMW can only dream about. Just add a small flyscreen (clipped to the bar) and it should be descent for longer distances. Am I insane? Maybe they'll update the KLR and I'll just buy that.

The KLR650 is well known to have between 70W and 80W spare juice at speed. So our bikes likely only have 50W or so to spare.
I've been using my 77W Gerbing jacket liner set on half power with no problem which makes sense given the above. I've got the LED tail light which saves 4W nominal and 20W with the brakes applied. I plan to swap out the headlight for an HID system which will save me 20W more.
