I had just finished installing a new exhaust and dynojet. The bike fired up right away and ran awsome. This thing runs and souds sweet. I guess the next thing is to get the 300 or 331 kit... If anyone knows where to purchase these, please inform me. Here is a picture of my bike so far.

The 300cc is a directOEM bolt on cylinder and piston. The 331cc requires a 300 cylinder to be bored and re Nikasil'ed... piston, rings, gaskets, clips, etc. Either way you will need a KLX300 cylinder to get it done. Oh, I might have a spare one in the garage. PM.

looks good and i'm glad you finally got the moped pipe off it. i still say that that muzzy hangs unnecessarily low compared to my BigGun. and I still hate the sportbike tip, to me it's out of place. but they, i'm endorsing BG afterall. if they could do something about the weird tip and re-engineer it to fit better, then i could rate it higher.
I think I had officially pissed off everyone in my apartment complex this morning when I rode my bike to work at 5:30am. I could not resist revving the thing, it sounds so much cooler then stock.
