Tail Light System
I have to tell you guys/gals that the Edge-2 Tail light system I just installed transforms the entire rear end of the bike! It's a great product that fits really well. I had my doubts but it uses all the stock grommets and bolts and bolted in perfectly. It looks fantastic. I'll try to post some pictures as soon as I can get my camera charged up. It's a pretty inexpensive way to really improve the looks of your 09. (not sure if they have them for the 06-07). I was able to use the stock tail blinkders as well. The blinkers fit "pretty" well but not exact. They mount a little different than aftermarket tail lights, so they aren't 100% perfect but they are secure and look great (I'd say 95% perfect).
As stupid as this sounds, the stock tail light on this bike "almost" made me decide to buy a WR250R instead of the KLX. At the time I was looking to purchase, there were no replacement tail light systems and I really hated the monstrosity on the back. In the end, I'm so glad I got the KLX. I love it and now it looks even better than it did when I purchased it.

Just to make sure, did u use the Edge2 Universal Tail Light Holder Kit or the Edge tail light KLX 250?

Ok, sorry it took me a day to get the pictures. I had to work, unfortunately. Anyway, there are a few that I took before I finished wiring it and then a few after. I'll post them all. Sorry the bike is so dirty.
I bought it at wheeling cycle supply and I bought the edge 2 kit made specifically for the KLX250S/D-Tracker. It's a perfect fit. Some of the pictures make it look like the license plate holder is crooked but it's not. I bought the red lens but you can buy smoke.
