Sorry, PB Blaster is like WD-40 but seems to work better.
Propane torch to get it hot.
Easy out is a reverse drill bit thingy, but you'll need a drill for that.

It's not a nail, it's a center punch. It's used to indent the spot you want to drill. It prevents the drill bit from wandering around the surface of the bolt.

True. If you break that easy out off in that stud it's gonna be ugly.

Yeah, I'm gonna have to concur. No tools + no experience + no knowledge = trouble. We all gotta learn somehow, but be prepared to pay more if something goes wrong.

Come on, don't take it the wrong way. You just moved out to Cali, you have no tools, and may not know anyone out here to help you out. No one wants to tell you to go for it because we already have that feeling that it may go south on you. You never know if a broken stud is gonna come right out or be a PITA. I just snapped an easyout the other day. It was only a sprinkler head, so no biggie. If it snaps in your cylinder head, it's gonna be ugly. You may need a new head. Give a local shop a call. The cost may be lower than you buying everything you need to do it + you don't have to worry about messing it up.
