Just want to let you guys know of my experience with these guys. I ordered my sprocket 10 days ago, have not received it and have called them 3 times leaving messages and have gotten no reply. I sent an email this morning to them thinking they may check that more often than their answering machine and still no reply. But I just wanted to discourage anyone from ordering from these losers as their operation is either fraudulent or just extremely poorly operated. I plan on contacting the USPS if I do not hear from them.

well, evidently they do not answer their toll free line. so i saw they have a regular line which is long distance of course. I call them up and some guy answers like he's mad at the world. i tell him i want to check on my order, he's gone for like 3 mins. he comes back tells me my order is backordered and will be for some time. i ask him why i wasn't notified and he says i should have received an email telling me this. well, i hadn't so i tell him to cancel my order and he says he will. terrible service imo, left out in the cold. and yes, it was brian. but brian isn't too customer oriented imo. the search goes on.
Yea that does suck, I have had the same type of problems at other places and they never received anymore of my business either. Guess someone lost a customer today.
There are too many options for the consumer today for companies not to be giving 110% to keep customers. In turn though there are so many consumers readily available some do not care about the occasional disappointed customer for there is 10 more waiting.
Not a good way to operate your business if you ask me.

Huh they were really nice to me, sent me an email saying they couldnt send it to my p.o box ,Shot a email right back and gave them my house address and had it in less than a week?Go Figure.
