I was wondering if anyone has found a silicone hose kit for the KLX250s 07. I have seen the one at Wheeling cycle supply but it says drz on it not sure its for our bikes.

Try this

I just ordered a red set by DRC from the above website. None of the rest of the sites had the right model number listed. Good luck. |
I was thinking I would get some silicone hose and replace the stock. Now I am assuming that I need to get a kit with prebent hoses becuase I wont be able to put nice bends in the right place. Anyone know if its possible to make the bends youself and if so how do you do it?

dude, samco hoses, *drooollllllll*. if i was still all jdm nut like i use to i would be all over those, but then again i would probally have a supermoto then. i like drc, they never let me down yet, and there 60 buck cheaper. ill save the 500 dollar clutch/flywheel set ups, carbon fiber bits and the like for the car.

I can get DRC hoses over here bro

Heat gun is what I was thinking. Has anyone ever tried?

The bends are molded, can't really do it yourself. If you had to bend a straight hose sharp you could put a spring inside of it to keep it from collapsing?

Molded maks sense. I was thinking about it the other night and silicone is now used for high end baking molds and it keeps its shape so head is not the answer. Oh well was worth exploring.
