Rim Lock Install
I was wondering where to mount the rimlock. Do I knock the rubber plug out of the wheel located 4 spokes away from the valve stem? Or do I need to drill the rim and mount it somewhere else in the wheel?

That's the right hole. :)

Yup.
No drilling. You found it. |
2 finger tight and a Talon brand lock will cause little or no vibration due to its light weight. I run 75 Mph+ with little of no noticeable vib'.:D

counterbalance the lock with stick on lead weights to smooth cruising

Yep anything over 50 mph will make the wheel bounce

So......why didn't Kawa place the hole for the rimlock 180* from the hole for the innertube stem? This really isn't rocket-science...... |
