Default rear preload and factory service manual

Where can I get the wrenches to set rear preload on my klx..I dont feel lke driving 40 miles to kawasaki, I'd rather order off the ne fr convienience.....and while I'm at it..is there any other"deal only" type tools I should try and get
Also is there a place online to get these manuals?Or am i better off dealing with kawasaki? how much do they run too?

There are 2 manuals one for the KLX and one for the Street model add on's The big one is $60 and the suppliment was $30 and I got 15% off when I bought them the day I bough the bike. Factory manuals are big bucks but they have the most info and special tool Part numbers.
Hope this helps

Why does the owner's manual state that the rear pre-load needs to be adjusted by an authorized dealer? I have never owned a bike that said that about the preload.

i tried lowering the bike a bit in the rear..but just ended up with really soft springs and no real loss in ride height....

does anyone sell links to bring the height down without sufferng spring rate problems?
.......and geebus..i had to pull the airbox to adust preload!!!!!!this is my first bike, and maybe all bikes are like that..but jeez..that was a pita to change preload...
