Sweet Cheeks report

5 Attachment(s)
Picked up a 6.5" wide Sweet Cheeks. Bought a $6 sleeping pad in the camping section at Wally and cut it into two 10" wide strips. Cut one strip in half and rolled each piece tightly and slid into each pocket (therefore you can do two Sweet Cheeks with one sleeping pad). Amazing improvement in comfort. It really spreads your weight wider and onto your thighs. I also have a sheepskin pad for the seat. 200 mile day should be no problem. I may end up wrapping some 30oz MSR fuel bottles in the foam and slipping them in.

Pics not great, bike parked in motorcycle trailer...

Looks very comfortable. I'll vouch for Sweet Cheeks. My look funky, but it performs and is a lot less expensive than a Corbin. And it can be adjusted and removed.
One rider here slipped a piece of pad into the SC envelope right over the seat.

Bob, you combined two of my favorite things, bikes and kitties!!!!!!!!!!!! Love cats! Oh and nice bike. I have the 2005 ST 1300, did a trip to the grand Canyon back in July. What a blast.

That is Nimitz (mom's name Chester) our "bombproof" cat. Nothing bothers him. He can put the year old Shepherd on the run.

Almost bought a ST1300 myself.

We're leaving Thur for TN. Will ride 200 miles/day Fri and Sat on the TAT and pavement back to cabin@Norris Sunday, load and come home. Two '09 KLRs, my KLX, and a CRF230L.

Looks like it would of been easier to just purchase one of these. ;)

Nice work

Very nice work. Like the lights & the detail. Right, the windshield is expensive but looks great. Re. the handguards, mounted Moose units on my 2007, had to drill & tap the weights - works great.
