Default NOOB SAYIN HI!

Hello everybody just a newb sayin high. I bought a 09 (red )about a week and a half ago. I'm kinda of a double newb i guess as its also my first bike.
2 things that bite are:
1- I dont have a bike license yet and with my work schedule its gonna be about a month before i can get to a dmv to even get a permit and
2- my wife hasnt talked to me since i bought the bike lol. guess I should have told her before she went to work that I was gonna go "look" at bikes. To make things worse i bought 2 bikes, the other is a honda crf50 for my six year old.

I bought the bike as my soulution to the crazy gas prices and also its small enough that i might, just maybe if the stars all line up right get her a bit interested and then pawn this bike off on her and get me something else in a few years.

Welcome noob, boy are you in trouble, didn't tell the wife and bought a bike for her offspring, if I did that I would have been shot on the spot. Anyway why not sign up for a rider course, save you on insurance and also gives you a bit of confidance. Welcome to the world of bikes, and if you need a number for a good divorce lawyer, well you know.

Welcome, and I know you will enjoy the 09!!!
The only question you will have to ask yourself is "when do I stop modding it?"

Congrats on the bike im sure you love it as much as i love mine. I took my wife with me to the dealer. Before i bought it i asked her " Now hun are you going want to buy something just because im buying this bike?" She said no but you know what they thinking. We must all try to think like a women thinks, maybe she might want some new furniture now. Grins.
