Default New KLX250SF Owner, looking for tail bag advice

I just picked up my KLX250SF on the 16th. Even before I got the bike I saw the need in a tail bag or something similar. I've found a good looking rack from Nomadic Racks, and have been looking at tail bags from Twisted Throttle or Wolfman Luggage. But the ones from wolfman do not have locking zippers or anything and neither bags i've seen so far have any way of being secured to the bike beyond straps anyone can remove and walk off with.

Can anyone recommend any bags, alternatives, or any advice on securing gear to the bike? Oh, BTW first time street rider and loving it. Already registered for some MSF classes.

If you want something that secure you'll have to look at a Pelican case or similar.

Search for akarob, he is a member here, he makes custom tail bags. Excellent stuff, priced reasonable.

I bought a nylon bag at Sears. It folds thin enough to fit under the rack when empty.
I moved the tool kit a bit father back on the fender also.

I used a similar seahorse case with built in plastic locks. You can also get steel locks as an option too.

I found a hard top case made by Moose for about $85. Has a quick release so you can carry it with you but it locks with a key for at least some sense of security. Looks decent on the back of the bike but I wouldn't go any bigger. also totally weatherproof

I have the Moose Racing tail bag. Has plenty of room and expands. Can lock the zippers if you need to.
