new klx will stall unless choke is out

Hi,

I am trying to figure out why the bike will not stay running unless the choke is out. I kept it out to let it warm up. After getting it up to temp I push the choke in and it stalls.

This it has been doing this since I got it.. 10 miles ago. :((
