New fuel lines
Choking the bike this a.m. I pushed on one of the fuel lines inadvertently..Soon after I noticed fuel dripping ....as luck would have it I just filled up yesterday before parking it.....I learned the petcock is useless on the lines coming to it ...works great on the one leaving it though:D... The bike is a 2006 but only has about 1600 miles on it now....less than 1000 when I bought it about 4 or 5 months ago...would've thought the fuel lines were ok.....not.....another broke as I was removing them all...not high quality to start with....I found a small inline fuel filter stuck inside the fuel line fitting stubbed out of the carb...it's yellow...micro screen....I wouldn't have noticed it but working the fuel line on, it needed a lil stretching..pulling the fuel line off I noticed it protruding from the end of the new fuel line..mine was clean with very little sediment ....Thought it might help others if there is a problem with fuel delivery to the carb...I never knew it had one until today.....She's back like new again....only better

I love the little inline gas filters, I use them on everything.
