Welcome, put that thing together and prepare to be underwhelmed, esp. compared to a CR 500. But with a few mods it will be a different bike than what you get stock. Enjoy.

Hey I'm going to take a wild guess and say that your occupation is building vehicles for Toyota. Am I close?
Hey congrats on the new bike! Theses bikes are perfect after a few mods.

close i build buggies and trucks, and 99.999% of what i do is toyota, the club i'm in i was for the longest time the guy that builds noting but toyota stuff(very creative) and then someone slipped and called me the toyota builder and it just stuck,

as far as mods i will be doing after break in
1. kick start
2. carb with accelerator pump
3. megabomb and a q4
4. taller bars i'm 6'3'' so i feel like there is too much lean when standing
5. bark busters of some sort
6. sunline leavers
7. redesign the kickstand to get up out of the way

Well I actually thought you worked on an assembly line building Toyotas
Your mod list looks good, you could add the 351 kit to it. That was my best bang for the buck buy.
The kickstand ,at least the 06-07's, can be raised by grinding away some of the stop that it opens against. You can raise the opened height by a few inches that way.
