Default New adv kit

I saw this kit released on youtube and it is finally available. Price is a bit steep but considering its not horrible. GEGOMA E.Y.S. (adventureklx250.com) It is definitely laid out very nicely from what i can see.

This is not good. "Homemade" website (no doubt on a personal computer), no address, no name, no phone number, grammatical errors on the "order form".

If this guy is "for real" he needs to, at least, register himself on Ebay and sell these things.

Not sure anyone should fork over $3500 to some anonymous peep on a cobbled together website and a youtube channel.

Lots of questions need answers, like : Why are there only 20 kits? Why are they all sitting in China?

I watched a couple vids of that 4.75 gal rally set up months ago. Interesting to see more info and vids about it, if I was into that styling I’d def buy it just to check it out. It’s put in some miles already, there’s a bunch of vids of it burning gas in Europe. One more option available for klx owners hopefully. Thanks for posting that link Tacoma.
Chinese producer Kove has offered some nice looking bikes recently. The rally look is not so far out there any more.

I’d be close to pulling the trigger if I didn’t just get a road bike. Dropping that much on a second bike for it’s purpose isn’t a priority right now but figured others still may be curious to follow it’s progress

I like the compromise of the 2.7 as it doesn't make the bike more topheavy. Even with the extra fuel, and net weight loss with a plastic tank over the stock metal one is 2 pounds.

Hi,
I´m the kit maker. Sorry for some wrong writing, I´not native english.
If you want to spent the money for produce 500 sets, let me know.
My budget for production was limited to the 20 sets as developing such a big product is not for free too.
Actual you find una moto on YT- he use the kit- so I´m real.
I would be happy if you make a website for me for free - I´m not an websitedesigner, nor a profession movie editor not I had a budget for comanies doing this.
If this is important for... sorry
China makes this project possible- ask for manufacturing at "western" companies"- sorry we are not aloud to make rotomould for fuel tank.
China companies replies in 24h western companies don´t answer..
I did all of this project my self, beside the CAD design.
So for a one man show not that bad...

Why you did not asked before - I have a contact form on my website.
But I know - dissing is the better way!

Pricing is also best you find for such a big kit.
Look for crf450l or a husqv 701 with big big fuel tank. starts at Eur 4500,-

Best regards
Gerald

Ouch. Nice sized hole in the trail that rider found.

Nice R&D pics though, $3K sounds appropriate. Can’t imagine the stock fork spring rate springs being used though as the stock Oem springs dive easily under normal to heavy braking with the 3 gal IMS tank.

Price is USD 2395,- which makes this KIT the cheapest big kit on the market - and compared to all money needed to make a red moto similar- and still not as good as the converted KLX.
Using rear brake too is a big help against diving in.. and of course it is a question of riders weight. I´m not that heavy - 70kg in shorts- so braking is good for me. Of course "racing speed" is a little different.
