I have a Pro Circuit setup similar and figure I could cut down to four discs which should make the bike totally acceptable seeing as how no one complained about the 650 with eight. My neighbor had no problem which was surprising considering I'd start the bike at around 6:30 am some days. My wife also said it wasn't bad.
Thanks for the mention, however they all sold out and I haven't made any more. This is my bike with 8 disks. Man, it's insanely L O U D !

I understand that mate. My friend, he's my mechanic, and has a dyno in his workshop. He will tune it again no probs. He rode it a bit also and can't believe how loud it is after the engine upgrade. either.

I'd recommend continuing to ride with ear plugs even after you find a quieter exhaust. Wind noise on a motorcycle is detrimental to your hearing, and once that damage is done, there's no repairing it.

Noted bro... Will do. I need the ones with a string attached because I keep putting them on my seat then brapping off without them after a short break 😂

It will bolt straight on to the klx 250? What about 02 sensor?

Yes, and it has a fitting for the O2 sensor.

If I can get the materials again I might try making more, but in this economy high end exhausts don't sell. Most guys get Delkevics for around $200. I ran one. They're very well made, but are also very loud.

I still think a stock R model pipe is your best bang for the buck.

Is this what you suggest I buy? I have to import it overseas so don't want to buy the wrong pipe :P

At only 15 hours, it's in excellent condition, so for ~$200 plus shipping that's actually a pretty good deal even with overseas shipping. Contact the seller to find out what the international shipping would be to help you decide.

Contrast the R to the cost of the pipe you have. You could likely recover all of it if you sold yours. Some of the other stockers I've seen are beat to crap.

From what I've read, the mid mounting point for the R is different from the DS or SM, so you may need to modify it to make it fit, but I wouldn't let that keep me from it.

Think of a simple piece of metal with two holes in it, one where you bolt onto the mid mount, and the other to match the hole in your frame. with that approach, you could make anything fit. The headpipes are all the same so you don't need to worry about that.

Thanks. It's possible for me to get. I use a shipping service at $12 USD per kg. Wondering how much this pipe weighs now 🤣

Also, e-Bay banned me after I bought a decibel killer for my two brothers pipe and will not allow me to join again.

It seems like they have something against quiet pipes 💩
