Need help find a new motor
 

Ruined the head on my 2006 klx 250. Anyone know where a good one is ready to drop in?

Check ebay. I always see a few there.

You can replace with heads from the next generation KLX too. I have a 2006 KLX 250s with a 2009 KLX 250SF head.

Should I asked what happened. :rolleyes:

There's a dude on here that parted out a 09 I think, he still had the engine.... It's a few pages back, I'll see if I can find it

I have a complete, running engine from an '09. I don't want to part it out but you could install it then sell your bottom end perhaps. Here is the thread:
