FWIW, depending on what Acerbis light you get, it wont be DOT legal. I used the Dual Sport model for awhile and it's not DOT approved.

I like my home made tail light bracket but I've always considered it temporary until I found something better. And the Baja Designs LED tail light is it - thanks! I just ordered one.

Why are you guys so worried if it's DOT, if it lights up and works as a brake light then I don't think you have to worry about the law pulling you over because it works.

DOT approved tail lights, on motorcycles/ cars have to have a red reflector on it... does it have a red reflector? The acerbis tail light does.... i think thats what you guys are missin
