Missing Bolt?

Is there supposed to be a bolt here? Looks like one may have been left out in the factory. Sorry for the bad picture.

I just looked at mine, no bolt either, but since it's threaded on the outside, it's not a case bolt, in other words it is something for another model bike, probably some sort of bracket.

No problem, that's what makes these forums so great, sharing ideas, and posting questions, I wonder what people did 20 years ago, I guess they just took stuff to the shop, and hoped for the best.
