Default Mikuni tm ??

Im sure this has been covered a million times ive searched and cant come up with what i need.

Will the mikuni tm33 pumper mount up too are spigots? and whats needed to make the throttle cables work? with it being 33mm instead of 34mm will this hurt me? or with proper jetting pump setup will it not matter?

Stock pull cable works fine, return cable is not used, with it being 33mm instead of 34mm will this hurt me? 33 will be OK. Its the pump action your looking for or with proper jetting pump setup will it not matter?
I got the BB 33 bored out to 34.
Bolted up without any problems.
It did come with a custom throttle cable bracket so I'm not sure how easy it fits without this BB addition.

If you buy a generic TM33 just send the throttle cable bracket to B.B so he can modify it for you. The bracket must be cut&welded to make it fit the KLX.
In it's stock form a TM33 will not fit.

I think Bill puts the carb boot adapter on the TM to fit the stock boot. Not sure though.

Just buy a tm36-68 instead…… its an easy fit, just plug and play.... no modification’s necessary…..

yeah, there are a few threads... just do a search for TM36-68.

here's a link to a thread that I wrote in while I was installing mine.

https://www.kawasakiforums.com/forum...ad.php?t=33010

The Tm36-68 fits better than the stock carb and doesn’t need any modifications to stock boots. I’m running on a stock bore with all the free mods + full exhaust etc and it really woke things up.

I should really post some pictures but I’m pretty sure there is a thread with pics.
